I don't know why, but lately I've been rewatching the oc, just a few of my favorite episodes. Maybe because we're watching Cinderella Man in history and Russel Crowe totally reminds me of Ben McKenzie/Ryan in season 4 when he's taking his aggression about Marissa out on himself by boxing. Aaaaaaanyways - the movie is really good. Last night i was lying in bed trying to fall asleep, but i kept thinking about it for some reason. So i played this game kinda thing with myself, kinda like how you count until you go to sleep - I tried to name things with every letter of the alphabet that remind you of something. I did it with the OC.  Please note that these are just my opinions, don't hate me for any of my elaborations! Here's what I came up with:

woot. Lost is back! so yeah this icon-post (in case you couldn't tell) is going to be from the season premiere of Lost (4x01 The Beginning Of The End). I kinda went a little MF crazy too so some of him too :P Some language in the texty ones, but nothing too bad.

yay, i FINALLY changed my LJ theme and header after like a year of the same theme. still working out the kinks though with the CSS coding as i'm pretty much a beginner at it and barely comprehend any of it. for example i was having issues with my header and when i finally got it to work it came out all mixed up like it is now, which actually makes it kind of cooler. go figure haha. so anyways, i know i said the next post would be "300 part 2" but i really haven't gotten around to it. the next post will probably be Lost since Thursday was LOST DAY!!! finally a new episode after 8 looooooooooooong months of waiting.

sooooooo yesterday i watched 300 online b/c i was going to see Meet The Spartans today. I didn't end up going but i'm kind of skeptical anyways. those "spoof" movies are almost never good. the only ones i liked were the "scary movie"s, but after 3 they all kind of just sucked. a lot. needless to say, the original "300" was amazing and i'm so sorry that i didn't see it sooner! i was at target today and they had it on sale for 10 bucks. if it wasn't on sale, i honestly wouldn't have bought it. but it was. and i did. and i made icons! this is part 1, the next post should be tomorrow but maybe later in the week depending on if i decide to just laze around the house all day or not. most of are Gerard Butler/King Leonidas because...well i don't have to give a reason, it's kind of obvious isn't it?

So over winter break, I've been hanging out a lot with my friends, which have been great to see. Especially my friend who came to visit from Georgia! She's been pretty obsessed with Gerard Butler for a while and by the time she got here, she rubbed off on me - to the point of where I was jumping at the chance to see his new movie with Hillary Swank called P.S. I Love You. It was soooo good that I just went and saw it for the second time tonight. I made a few icons of the two and of just Gerry.

Told ya I'd have another sytycd post up soon! The tour was INCREDIBLE - beyond anything I could've imagined it would be. Best day ever. period. anyways made a bunch of icons and some arts from pictures I found on Pasha and Lauren's MySpaces - so all photography credit goes to them (or whoever took the pictures that they put up.) Hope you enjoy them, I had a lot of fun with color and text with this batch. I <3 Photoshop.

in front of everybody? why not? I don't like to post on here until I've made at least a couple of things, and honestly I've been super busy lately, hence the delayed entry. Thanksgiving was awesome. So I recently started watching the office - they started the show from the beginning on TBS, and I love it! I laugh every episode. Thought I'd make some icons from the episodes I've seen so far. Just a short post, I've been super busy lately, but hopefully I'll have more SYTYCD animations and icons up soon. I just got tickets for the 2007 tour, I'm so excited!

So detouring away from my typical tv show icons - I thought I'd bring over my icons and stuff I just made from SYTYCD Season 3. Personally, I wanted Neil to win, but WHATEVER. My favorites were: Neil, Lauren, Pasha and Lacey. Sabra was OK, but it kinda bothered me that she'd only been dancing for four years and was able to win. I thought it was funny that Cat kept pointing out that "It's not the best dancer, just America's favorite". Oh Cat, I'll miss you and your mis-pronunciation of the word "judges"; and Mary, with your huge teeth that are too big for your mouth.

Ugh. I can't believe it's only been a month without my beloved LOST. These next 7 months are going to suck. I've been going back through the show - I'm on season two (season 3 isn't out 'til December boo!) and I'm remembering why I love the show so much :D It's even better w/out commercials! I've had tons of time to make icons lately - no more school - so here's my answer to the hiatus hell that we've all been living through so far (this can only mean more icons to come).

P.S. I just saw Ocean's Thirteen and it was awesome! The first two were better, but this one was still pretty good.
